- With the Color Picker tool, pick the background color.
- Select a mendium size brush and remove the ears.

3 - Use Filters=>Distorts=>IWarp.
- Set Deform mode to move;
- Set Deform radius to 38
- Move part of the image as shown below.
4 - Now make his eyes bigger.
- Set deform mode to glow.
- Right click in the eyes and make short vertical movents.
5 - Add some details,
a smal mouth, disposition of the eyes (V).
6 - Copy this layer.
7 - Download and
install this Gimpressionist preset.
- Select graphite_2 in
the preset tab and apply it to the first layer.
8 - Set first layer
mode to "overlay". (*try other modes)
- Merge all layers.
