1) - Create a new image(900x350 pixels)

2)
- Add some text on a transparent layer. Name it "text".
    - Copy this layer.
    - Merge the new copy to a white layer. Name it "blur".
    - Use filters=>blur=>gaussian blur(h=15,v=15) on the "blur" layer.





3)
- Create a gray layer (color:#989898). Name it "Bump".
    - Use filters=>map=>bump map (use the "blur" layer as the bump map)





4) - Select the "Three_bars_sin" gradient.
    - Use filters=>colors=>map=>Gradient map
    



5)  - Double click on the gradient tool.
     - Set "blend" to "Custom Gradient".
     
- Create a new layer and fill it with the "horizon_2" gradient. Name it "horizon"



6) On the "horizon" layer use filters=>map=>dispalce.







6)
- Select the "text" layer.
    - In the layers window select "alpha to selection"
.
    - Use select=>grow(grow selection by: 5 pixels)
    - Press Ctrl + i (invert selection)

 


7) - Select the "bump" layer.
    - Press Ctrl + k (cut selection)

 


8) - Select the "horizon" layer.
    - Press Ctrl + k (cut selection)




9)
- Select the "bump" layer. Set its mode to "Overlay".'
    - Arrange all layers as shown below.
