1) Draw an object in a transparent layer. Name it "obj1".



2)
On layer "obj1" use: filters->noise-spread (h=5,v=5).

3) Duplicate layer "obj1". Its name is now "obj1 copy"

4) On layer "obj1 copy" use: filters->blur->gaussian blur(h=3,v=3).

5) Create a white layer, name it "obj2", merge it with layer "obj1 copy".

6)  - Create na new white layer. Name it "plasma".
      - filters->render->clouds->plasma (use default settings).
      - Desaturate it: image->colors->desaturate



7) 
 - Fill it wiith color "#ff8f07".



8)
- Select "plasma" layer.
    
 -  Filters->map->bump map (bump map=plasma)



9)
 -  Filters->map->bump map (bump map="obj2")



10)
 - Select layer "obj1".
     - Right click on layer "obj1" then -> alfa to selection
     - Right click on image window, select->grow(grow selection by=1 pixel)

     - Right click on image window, select->invert.



11)
 - Select layer "plasma".
      - Press ctrl+k
